Our home is the
Peregian Digital Hub.
Agentico is based at the Peregian Digital Hub in Peregian Beach, on the Sunshine Coast. It is a technology hub and AI Lab run by Noosa Council, across the road from the beach, and it is where we hold our Sunshine Coast workshops.

01 / The Hub
Built for people
who build.
The Peregian Digital Hub is an initiative of Noosa Shire Council. Council built it on the site of the old Peregian Beach Bowls Club to grow a technology sector in a region that relied heavily on tourism, and it opened in July 2018.
Today it is home to more than 100 members, from solo technologists to resident startups, along with industry networks for founders, developers, digital agencies, screen professionals and manufacturers.
The AI Lab opened next door in 2023. The Hub also runs AI training programs, school holiday workshops and cadetships.
Workspace
Room for 120 people across four offices, 35 full-time desk pods and flexible space for part-time members.
Shared spaces
Five bookable meeting rooms, two video call booths, an outdoor deck and verandahs for calls, meetings and a break from the desk.
The AI Lab
Opened in 2023. It includes the Wonder Pod, an 80-seat venue with a 7 metre LED wall, and the Sound Pod, a podcast and recording studio.
Peregian Beach
The Hub sits on David Low Way beside the village, across from a patrolled surf beach, with cafes and bakeries a short walk away.

Good company
for the work we do.
We use AI to run business workflows and build software every day. We wanted a base where other people are doing the same, and where a client can spend a day with us without the office getting in the way.
The people around us build with AI too
The Hub is home to founders, developers, designers and more than 30 startups, and its AI Lab runs regular show and tells, workshops and meetups. Working next to them keeps what we teach current.
It is where we run our Sunshine Coast workshops
Our Sunshine Coast dates are usually held here, and each date shows its venue when you book. Many teams choose the Hub for a private team day so the day stays private and nobody gets pulled back to their desk.
It is an easy place to spend a day
Lunch and coffee are sorted, the beach is across the road, and Sunshine Coast Airport is 20 minutes south with daily flights to Sydney and Melbourne.
