Booking and
cancellation policy.

1. 01

   Payment

   • Full payment is taken when you book, through Stripe.
   • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Stripe emails you a tax invoice after payment, and you can add your ABN at checkout.
2. 02

   Your date is locked in

   • There are no minimum numbers. Once you've booked, your workshop goes ahead.
   • Bookings for each date close at 6pm the day before, local time.
3. 03

   Rescheduling

   • Move your booking to any other available date at no cost, any time before the workshop starts. Use the link in your confirmation email.
   • If you reschedule within 7 days of your workshop, the new booking can't be refunded.
4. 04

   Transfers

   • Can't make it? Transfer your booking to someone else at no cost, from the same link.
5. 05

   Cancellations and refunds

   • Cancel 7 or more days before your workshop for a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.
   • Within 7 days of your workshop there are no refunds, but rescheduling and transfers are still free.

6. 06

   Support after your workshop

   • Support runs for 30 days from your workshop date, for everyone from your business who attended.
   • Reach us by phone or email during business hours, Monday to Friday. We aim to reply within one business day.
   • It covers the tools and workflows we set up with you on the day: questions, fixing problems and small tweaks.
   • New builds, extra integrations and on-site visits aren't included, but we can quote them as consulting or project work.
7. 07

   Private team days at your workplace

   • Available in or around the city of your workshop date, at no extra cost.
   • You'll need to provide a private room big enough for your whole group, a desk and chair for each person, power points for every laptop, a TV or screen we can present on.
