What happens on the day?

It's an 8-hour day at our venue or your workplace. Doors open at 8:30am for networking and we start at 9:00am. There are two structured, hands-on 3-hour sessions with a 1-hour lunch break at 12:00pm, and doors stay open until 4:30pm for extra questions and help. We identify the best way to implement AI into your business or professional role, then guide you through putting it into practice on your own laptop.

How much does it cost?

A day course at our venue is $2,000 (normally $3,500) and includes 3 people from your business. A private team day just for your team is $5,000 (normally $8,500) and includes 5 people, at the Hub or your workplace. Additional seats are $500 each. All prices include GST, lunch, coffee and 30 days of support.

What's the difference between a day course and a private team day?

It's the same day and the same content. On a day course you learn alongside other local businesses at our venue. A private team day is the whole day just for your team, so we can go deeper on your own systems, and we can run it at your workplace.

Does my whole team need to stay all day?

Accepted Answer

Not for a private team day. Everyone should join the morning, where we map how your business runs and agree where AI fits. After that, people can head back to work, and some only need the afternoon to learn the tools. Day courses run as a full day.

What will we walk away with?

We guarantee you'll leave with multiple live, tested tools built for your business or processes, set up on your own laptop, plus 30 days of support afterwards.

How many people can come?

A day course includes 3 people from your business, and a private team day includes 5. You can add more seats for $500 each. Everyone should share the same business logic and work together on the day.

Will the workshop go ahead if only a few people book?

Yes. There's no minimum booking size, so once you've booked, your date is locked in.

How big are the groups?

We don't cap bookings. We add instructors as bookings grow, aiming for around one instructor for every six bookings, so groups stay small and everyone gets proper help with their own work.

What do I need to bring?

Your laptop. We also recommend bringing a spare laptop or device you'd like set up for remote sessions. If you want to do this, get in touch beforehand and we'll explain what to bring. There's no pre-learning and no homework.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancel 7 or more days before your workshop for a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee. To cancel, email alex@agentico.com.au or call 0437 034 998. Within 7 days there are no refunds, but you can reschedule to another date or transfer your booking to someone else at no cost. If you reschedule within 7 days of your workshop, the new booking can't be refunded. You can reschedule or transfer your booking yourself from the link in your confirmation email. What support do we get after the workshop?

Support runs for 30 days from your workshop date, for everyone from your business who attended. Reach us by phone or email during business hours, Monday to Friday. We aim to reply within one business day. It covers the tools and workflows we set up with you on the day: questions, fixing problems and small tweaks. New builds, extra integrations and on-site visits aren't included, but we can quote them as consulting or project work. The full terms are in our booking policy at agentico.com.au/booking-policy.

Is food provided?

Yes. Lunch is provided at 12:00pm, between the two sessions, and tea and barista coffee are available all day.

Is it safe to use AI with confidential work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when it's set up properly. That's a big part of what we cover. Everything is set up on your own laptop, under your own accounts and tools, with nothing routed through us. We'll show you how to use AI with confidential information safely.

Do I need to be technical?

Accepted Answer

No. If you're new to AI, we start with the basics: which tools to use, prompts that actually work, and setting up your own assistant, all in plain English. From there, professionals and business owners move on to skills, snippets and connecting your apps. If you're already experienced, we'll help you level up with coding agents, multiple models, GitHub and automation, as deep as you want to go.

What tools do you cover?

Bring whichever AI you already use, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or something else. We'll show you how to get more out of it, how to add other models, and how to use several together. We also cover coding agents like Codex and Claude Code, skills, TextExpander, webhooks, Slack, GitHub, databases like Supabase, and MCP integrations. If it's part of your stack, we'll cover it.

Where is the workshop held?

Our home base is the Peregian Digital Hub on the Sunshine Coast, and we run workshops in other cities too. Each date on the booking page shows its venue. Private team days can be at our venue or at your workplace in or around the workshop's city, at no extra cost, as long as you have a private room, a desk and power for everyone, and a TV we can present on. The workshop is in person only for now.

Do you offer ongoing consulting or project work?
